First Learning Outcome: Will the recommendations satisfy college and university rules for applying flags to student records where the record is subject to GDPR? 

Second Learning Outcome: Will the data standard recommended by the Task Force provide an appropriate method for colleges and universities to indicate data privacy flags when exchanging electronic records?

Third Learning Outcome: Will the the Task Force recommendation for legal contracts between controllers and processors provide the correct vehicle for specifying processing requirement of controllers?
