Description
This session starts with a funny story about a duck; a duck who always seems to want more and is never satisfied with what he is given. It then focuses on how to provide good service to students, parents, faculty, and staff when it’s difficult to do so. This is a serious topic discussed in a lighthearted and fun way. Scenarios will be shared by the presenters, attendees will share past experiences, and best practices will be discussed.
