Stanford's Farmhand: Evolution of a Homegrown CRM
Category
Session
Description
Stanford’s Farmhand is a CRM that started as a one-off approach to solving a specific problem. Over time, the developer worked with staff to mold it into a unique, easy-to-use, and highly configurable application platform used every day by our front-facing and back-end staff to serve Stanford students. This presentation will explain how our CRM was created and how it evolved. It will also show how registrar’s offices with development resources can create a sustainable homegrown CRM system.
