The evolving landscape of student gender identity and personal pronouns as it relates to higher education records management and student services is complex to navigate. The presenters will share best practices and lessons learned from their recent experience implementing new system functionality for students and staff, how they provided training to increase cultural competency, and ways to incorporate trans-inclusive practices in the registrar and student services offices.
