Description
The number of private higher education institutions (HEIs) around the world has risen dramatically since the 1990s. As international educators, how do we determine which private HEIs are legitimate? Are they recognized? Are their programs “accredited”? In this session we’ll look at the methods of regulating private HEIs in two regions: Anglophone Africa and Latin America.
