This session will focus on shrinking domestic cohorts of students of color at the undergraduate level. Using historical data to highlight the emergence of diversity initiatives within the academy, learn how family migration trends, the erosion of federal funding, and international student populations are impacting this once coveted group. Published research outlining solutions that could aid admission professionals in maximizing targeted outcomes will be shared.
