How does identity influence leadership? Join two women of different race, age, and other identities to hear how these factors and more have impacted their career growth, sense of belonging, and ability to grow professionally. Information from the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University will center a discussion on gender bias. Women and men interested in understanding gender bias in the workplace and how to support leadership development for women are encouraged to attend.
