Centralized Method for Graduate Transfer Credit at Capella University

In this session you will learn how we have created a centralized team to handle all graduate transfer credit requests. As you know graduate transfer has it's nuances with accreditation standards and program requirements - just to name a few 😊

We will show you how our university has continued to maintain faculty and industry standards all while creating a standardized transfer process for incoming applicants. We have been maximizing technology in both an OCR and homegrown front to create a more streamlined process with a small transfer credit team.

One homegrown process we have taken great pride in is an articulation dashboard, aka repository. This uses information gathered by faculty, staff, and Dean's and has grown to over 1 million course matches in less than 15 years and continues to grow daily!
