Using Social Listening to Understand Student Behavior and Drive Strategic Insights
Description
Social listening drives prospect identification and engagement, student and family behavioral insights, and brand benchmarking—all key areas of concern for SEM. We’ll provide an overview of social listening (finding and analyzing online conversations that are of interest to you and your campus—often in real time), share case studies, and review the tools required to support strategic social listening. You certainly don’t need to be a social media expert to attend this session!
