Rectifying DEI Conversations: Increasing Consideration for Disability and Chronic Conditions

DEI conversations in Higher Education often do not address disability and chronic illness but our students, staff, and faculty live with these conditions daily. This session discusses ableism, issues in higher education around disability awareness, and provides some tangible solutions to take back to your institutions.
