First Learning Outcome: - Based on real world examples, participants will leave with a fuller knowledge of the unique challenges faced by adult learners, and especially by those who have stopped out 

Second Learning Outcome: - Participants will be able to examine whether their own institutional processes and policies create barriers for adult learners.

Third Learning Outcome: - Successful models of data-led, personalized engagement to this specific group will be examined, preparing participants to drive change at their institutions.
