Nihilism, Professionalism, And Rizz: Cultural Clashes In The Workplace

Young people's attitudes and senses of humor can border on the morbid, macabre, or nihilistic, which can baffle their supervisors or older coworkers. This session will explore Gen Z culturally, to better manage our Gen Z staff and glean important takeaways from their worldview.
