A Primer on Evaluating and Awarding Credit of Cambridge O/AS/A Levels
Novice admissions officers often do not understand the O Levels, AS Levels, and A Levels. This session is designed for new international admission professionals and credential evaluators to learn about Cambridge IGCSE O Levels, AS Levels, A Levels, and AICE Diploma. The attendees will learn how the curriculum and credentials should be assessed for admission to U.S. colleges and universities and exactly how many credits should be awarded for AS Levels, and A Levels.
First Learning Outcome: Learn how to support black students and brown student from the U.S. and abroad to better transition to their campus and help them complete their degree on-time.
Second Learning Outcome: Learn how to interpret and articulate Cambridge AICE, IGCSE and AS/A Levels data to university level coursework at U.S. colleges.
Third Learning Outcome: Learn the difference between AP, IB, O-Levels, AS-Levels, A-Levels, and AICE Diploma.
