Practicing Self-Care: Saying it is Easy, Doing it is Much Harder!
Self-care is often expressed as critical, yet many fail to put the idea into practice. Constantly competing priorities both professionally and personally, often leave one putting themselves and their care last. Unfortunately, this can negatively impact the professional and personal goals we have set. This presentation will provide resources, tools, and real-life examples of how to ensure self-care practices are not simply talked about, but put into practice.
