The More the Merrier: Transfer Credit Collaboration with Faculty and Advisors
Transfer credit equivalencies are only valid if you have buy-in from the academic experts and the faculty. Some institutions only allow equivalencies to be created at the academic department level, which leads to additional work for faculty and longer wait times for students to receive their transcript evaluations. Let's discuss ways to improve communications and relations between the cred-eval team and our faculty. Hint: I found that training and transparency are 2 keys to success.
