Roundtable: Invisible Identities - Working Parents
Identities impact who we are and how we experience the world. Many of the ways we identify ourselves can be visibly seen with assumptions drawn from those observations, yet many lay behind the invisibility cloak. The invisible nature of many identities produces a sometimes ambiguous space. Invisible Identities sessions are formatted to support safe and open spaces for explorative dialogue. This session focuses on working parents. Community members and allies alike: all are welcome here!
First Learning Outcome: Learn different ways to support colleagues with invisible identities.
Second Learning Outcome: Learn about promoting and advocating for equity and understanding.
