Always Say Thank You: From Disengagement to Collaboration in Course Scheduling
In Spring 2020, Ball State transitioned from a highly decentralized scheduling model to the creation of a Schedule Specialist position in each of our seven colleges. While this improved scheduling consistencies and data integrity, it led to other challenges such as isolation and disengagement of the schedulers. In this session, we will explore strategies we’ve implemented to improve communication and collaboration between the Office of the Registrar and our Schedule Specialist colleagues.
