Registrar As Influencer: Strategies For Influencing Policy Change
Registrars play a crucial role in administering and enforcing institutional policies but are not always included in the policy decision-making process. This session will explore several strategies to navigate the complexity of higher education institutions to advocate for strategic change. Participants will learn about several models of strategy and will learn how to apply these strategies at their institution and within the Office of the Registrar.
