Improving Outcomes for Students with Disabilities in Higher Education
Colorado passed HB22-1255 which focuses on improving access and outcomes for students with disabilities in higher education. The act includes two main components: requires Colorado colleges & universities to report data to the state on students with disabilities; and the formation of an advisory committee which will make recommendations to the state legislature as well as state colleges & universities aimed at improving services to students with disabilities.
