Creating cross-campus partnerships that are critical for enrollment growth and student success
Cross-campus work to fulfill an institution’s mission is not always formally facilitated. At The University of Texas at El Paso, an R1 Hispanic Serving Institution with an access mission on the US-Mexico border, we took a more organic approach. This session, co-led by Enrollment Management and Academic Affairs, discusses the importance of finding your cross-campus partner to mobilize teams, create belief in collaborative visions, and view enrollment work throughout the life cycle of the student.
First Learning Outcome: Participants will evaluate the breadth of their own campus partnerships
Second Learning Outcome: Participants will identify partnerships that are critical to strengthening their own enrollment strategies
