Managing Technology: Operational efficiency and transparency in the Registrar's office

Registrar's offices were forced to transform overnight in March 2020 to transition to remote-work. But now that is beyond us, what is next. This presentation discusses our journey that prepared us for the pandemic while maintaining an eye for the future.
