Staff retention and satisfaction are crucial to workplace success and look different with the advent of mainstream remote and hybrid work environments. This session will explore how UW-Madison Office of the Registrar retained 97% staff and functioned in a hybrid work environment since returning onsite in fall 2021. Join us to learn how we navigated office transitions and campus mandates, and used staff feedback to make data-informed decisions in order to advocate for a hybrid work environment.
