I'm in Charge, Now What?

Changing into a new role can be exciting and stressful. In this session two new mid-career University Registrar’s will discuss their transition to new roles. Topics discussed will be over coming imposter syndrome, managing staff that you did not hire, and supervising your former peers. Adding to the presentation, we will cover how we successfully ran our offices during the great resignation in era of quiet quitting.
