The Registrar’s Role in Managing the Academic Enterprise: A Story of Leadership, Collaboration, and Data
The Managing the Academic Enterprise Framework provides a roadmap to institutions as they determine how they define student success and then identify operational strategies for students to succeed academically. This session will provide an introduction to the framework and an example of how one university registrar used the framework to provide campus leadership, encourage cross-departmental collaboration, and use data to improve student success.
First Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to describe how the role of the Registrar is uniquely positioned to help drive student success
Second Learning Outcome: Participants will identify key action steps to support their leadership as Registrar’s or effectively engage their own campus Registrar around student success
