You’ve Got a Friend in You: Strategies for How to Build up When It’s Easy to Tear Down
Nobody talks to us the way that we talk to ourselves. It's easy to beat ourselves up and tear ourselves down and think of ourselves as being nothing more than a culmination of our successes and failures. The reality is we are so much more than what we do. I'll be sharing strategies I've used to equip myself to learn and grow from my mistakes rather than diminish my perceived value and worth. After laying groundwork and sharing strategies I've utilized, the discussion will open to the group.
