An Approach to Collaborative Policy & Procedure Building
During this session, we will share a variety of perspectives on academic policy improvements implemented through our collaborative work in navigating the policy landscape at a complex and distributed institution, and our coordinated planning and infrastructure for policy and procedural reviews going forward. Together, we have worked to ensure federal, state and campus compliance while building consistency without sacrificing identity across the many unique colleges and schools at Cornell University.
