The Northeast Lakeview College (NLC) Decision Support Ecosystem is a knowledge management paradigm that ensures student success through a culture of care. In support, the college reimagined an “entry to exit” information continuum which tracks student educational progression consistent with stakeholder mandates for equity, social mobility, and success.
