Happiness, Gratitude, and Engagement: Creating a Positive Community in Our Offices
How do we make our office communities more positive when many factors influence employee satisfaction, morale, and retention? Implementing strategic actions in normal business routines focusing on cultivating happiness, developing regular processes for recognition and gratitude, and structuring staff engagement opportunities can help build a stronger office community. This workshop will present ideas, suggestions, and participant interaction for brainstorming and sharing.
First Learning Outcome: Establish the importance of happiness, gratitude, and engagement in workplace positivity.
Second Learning Outcome: Craft interpretations of how happiness, gratitude, and engagement impact the individual and a collective group.
