This session is intended for those who did not have the opportunity to attend Experience AACRAO or who might be feeling anxious about the Annual Meeting and want to learn more. We will review AACRAO structure/leadership, caucuses, ways to get involved (PAC, etc.), connecting with state/regional associations, voting, ways to engage throughout the year. We will also go over the general schedule, how to use the app, give explanations on various sessions/events, and give tips/advice on how to select sessions and maximize their time at the Annual Meeting Participants will have a brief opportunity to connect with other AACRAO members and fellow first timers as well.
