In the ever-changing world of higher education, are you experiencing any of the following in your teams: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance, accountability issues, or inattention to results? Utilizing Patrick Lencioni’s book, The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team as a guide, we will share insight from two college registrars on what they have done to work toward building stronger and better functioning teams.
We will share Patrick Lencioni's definitions of the 5 dysfunctions to help give the attendees an understanding of the topic. Then we will share what we have done in our own teams to work to overcome them. Particularly where many teams have been working remote and are now just coming back to campus or are still remote, finding ways to unite the team again and help to create stronger and better functioning teams.
