Description
Operationally, the pandemic has required reactive attention to the immediate rather than proactive attention to the strategic. Explore how to keep institutional leadership engaged in SEM, apply operational COVID lessons learned to adjust SEM plans, manage “initiative fatigue”, and create effective SEM teams as a proactive response for enrollment health during and after a crisis.
