This session will review and discuss outcomes for a SEM organizational concept that emerged and was tested during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It will review a case study and highlight organizational models, change management techniques, meeting structures, assessment methods, response methods, potential remediation planning efforts, and technology that can assist with data monitoring and assessment.
