Broward College will lead a discussion of how the implementation of AI into their communications mix impacted their student support and operational efficiencies. Topics include AI chatbots, real-time on demand data to identify trends, and augmentation of staff. Use cases and opportunities for AI in higher ed will be explored. We will discuss methods for improving the student experience with streamlined proactive messaging and how end user trends are captured and leveraged in marketing assets.
