Description
The rapid evolution of technology has led to incredible advancements in the ways we deliver service to students and manage internal processes in higher education. In this session, participants will learn and discuss the basics of Systems Thinking, and then focus on case studies pulled from real institutional examples where technology was named as a fundamental barrier to success. Using a Systems Thinking approach, we will discuss diagnoses and possible solutions to technology woes.
