Breaking Down the Silos for Successful Strategic enrollment planning (SEP) has long been important to an institution's fiscal health, but in today's environment, institutions must expand collaborate and align enrollment planning efforts to embrace innovation, change and entrepreneurial mindsets. This session describes how a large, decentralized campus is breaking down the silos and truly integrating strategic enrollment planning.
