Description
This presentation will not only examine key student success research and data but will also outline one College’s journey to developing a strategic enrolment management plan to increase student persistence and success. Planning started while the College was remotely distributed and was completed, and implementation began upon return to on-campus delivery. Lessons learned and the framework for developing and implementing the SEM plan will be shared.
