Description
Enrollment management and assessment teams collaborated to open the doors to new practices and strategies not only short-term strategies and practices but also to lay the foundation for long term ones to manage students’ enrollment, increase students' satisfaction and thus retention in this new era. Data for the new trends were extracted and analyzed, behaviors and patterns were detected, new skills were acquired to offer individualized students' journeys, attract new students and retain staff.
