Description
When COVID-19 hit, like everyone else Loma Linda University had to move quickly. LLU made changes that not only revolutionized their records office, but also helped determine how to maintain service while working remotely, allowing for changes to processes, phones, and in-person contact. One of the biggest positive decisions was to create a co-chaired efficiency task force that addressed one issue at a time. Over a year later, the task force continues to be a catalyst for change.
