Description
Two SEM professionals introduce their new book discussing the essential role of SEM in meeting the tapestry of student needs through connections and relationships. They examine experiences and challenges of several student threads in that tapestry from multiple student and institutional perspectives. How faculty, staff, and administrators respond in building rapport and connections that help students feel they belong ultimately ensures institutional enrollment health, the core aim of SEM.
