Description
After a tumultuous two-year challenge, academic institutions’ doors are reopening to welcome students, faculty and staff back on campus by next Fall 2021. Going back to operations as normal is not what should be expected; rather a new vision is needed to reassess and reformat administrative and academic procedures on several scales. Success is the objective. After a longtime seclusion and absence of face-to-face communication, my presentation outlines four important tenets of suggested action.
