Description
Enrollment Managers must ensure that the Admissions Office is staffed to meet demand. Challenging even in the most stable of times, the difficulty is compounded by unknowns produced by the recent pandemic. This session addresses multiple areas (i.e. recruitment, visits, processing, communications, international, adult, etc.) to explore how central leadership can create efficiency as well as the changes in roles, responsibilities, and positions that resulted from a year of operating virtually.
