AACRAO's Career Profile Surveys of Chief Enrollment Management Officers (CEMOs) have consistently shown high turnover among this group of leaders. What factors might impact a CEMO's decision to stay or leave their institution? This session will present the findings of the presenter's dissertation research on factors impacting job satisfaction, morale, and retention based on survey results of current CEMOs.
