Description
The Covid 19 pandemic illustrated the extent to which we understand (or don’t) the systems in which we work. Critical to our success, systemic thinking helps us understand the relationships between culture and interrelated systems. This ‘theory to practice’ session will explore the principles of systems and holistic thinking, help you recognize key indicators that promote critical thinking, and will provide you with tools to encourage the development of this critical workplace skill.
