In early 2020, CU's Office of Enrollment Compliance & Design implemented a Compliance Program balancing Project, Process, and Change management principles aimed at solving complex, cross-functional challenges faced by our Registrar and Aid Offices by establishing a model of collaborative governance and work prioritization. Soon, COVID-19 added complexity to our newly designed work. Join us as we share structure, wins, lessons learned, plans for expansion, and tips for scaling to your needs.
