Description
We developed a system of collaboration between enrollment management and department chairs that led to the largest freshman class in the history of the college. This included goal setting, holistic review changes, faculty engagement with prospective students, applicants, and accepted students to aid yield, targeted communications, and a training of best practices from across the country.
