Second Learning Outcome: Attendees will become aware of hazards and roadblocks to avoid regarding faculty engagement in a SEM process.
Third Learning Outcome: Attendees will be given examples of the value of having senior level buy-in and partnerships with academic administrators, and examples of how to accomplish that.

Description
Missouri State University prioritized faculty involvement in the SEM process. This session will cover proactive measures taken to help engage faculty, the SEM structure that ensured academic representation, a kickoff event that highlighted the “academic marketplace,” benchmark events that allowed faculty to assess progress, effective communication tools, and the structure of the chief enrollment management officer position that helped create synergy between academic and non-academic areas.
