Description
Missouri State University developed a SEM plan during the 2019-20 academic year. This session will outline proactive measures taken to start with a positive perception and engagement from the campus community, who was involved, how specifically faculty and academic administrators were engaged, the steps/phases of the process, benchmark events to help assess the process and keep momentum, outcomes, and our efforts in integrating with the University’s development of a new long-range plan.
