Description
Increasingly, enrollment and budget managers are expected to improve net tuition revenue and overall financial sustainability. In this session, Southeast Missouri State University will discuss the evolution of a budget model that is based on net tuition revenue by fee paying category. This session will explore how the model is being used to make investments in academic programming and student services as well to improve communication, recruitment, and marketing across the University.
