Description
Establishing enrollment targets as part of Strategic Enrollment Management can be difficult without establishing an understanding of the recruitment market of the campus community. The University of Iowa used cluster analysis was used to identify primary groups that comprise enrollment to articulate the relationship between enrollment goals and market realities.This session provides those in attendance with the tools to apply this analysis with the goal of creating attainable enrollment targets.
