Roundtable
Description
The majority of enrollment managers still tend to begin in an admission related profession, but more and more financial aid directors are applying for, and being offered EM positions. In this session we will discuss how we prepared ourselves for the career move, offer our advice on what you should be doing now to put yourself into contention for the next promotion, and outline what we believe are the strengths that financial aid staff bring to the field of strategic enrollment planning.
